Located in beautiful Laguna Niguel, our practice boasts a bustling environment with three doctors and six hygienists. Position: Front Office Dental Treatment Coordinator Key Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience with HMO and PPO insurance is essential.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in dental terminology and ADA codes.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
Scheduling patients and maintaining accurate patient schedules.
Insurance billing and coordination of benefits for HMO, PPO, and dual insurance patients.
Accounts receivable and collections.
Utilizing computer systems effectively for administrative tasks.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Fridays: Until 2:00 pm

We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis, working every other Thursday. Position Overview The hygienist will provide comprehensive preventive dental care while educating patients on proper oral hygiene and communicating recommended treatment in a professional and supportive manner.
